It is an art to find the right level of oxidation. Our Da Hong Pao is powerful Oolong with earthy taste, and of high quality, that suits well to serve to all kinds of food.

Put two pinches of tea leaves in a cup, take fewer in the beginning to try out the strength of your taste. Pour 80-100 degrees good quality water, Take a couple minutes to watch the leaves spreading out in the water. Same leaves are ready for up to three brewings. Sip and enjoy.
